Currently, the OpenRoads SignCAD Export to DGN tool lacks the granular control over import settings (e.g., Sign Panel level, Sign Scale, Dimension Font, etc.) available in the SignCAD to DGN application that operates within an active session of MicroStation or OpenRoads Designer.

The SignCAD to DGN application within MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer reads its import settings from the ImportSettings.cfg file located at:

C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenRoads SignCAD 2024.00\SignCADToDGN

Updating the SignCAD Export to DGN tool to utilize the same ImportSettings.cfg file would ensure a consistent experience when converting SignCAD (.sgn) files to MicroStation (.dgn) files.
