Needs ability to set RIM Depression Depth

Needs ability to add RIM Depression Depth with elevation (ground). Currently we can only set the Elevation (RIm) but not any depression value.

    Could you please add a use case? Does the Vertical Offset property not meet this function? Same with depression depth in Drainage and Utilities properties?
