The Feature Definition Toggle Bar expands when switching between views in a file. I have to either undock the tool bar and manually shrink it or restart the program. Please resolve this issue. Drop down also has inconsistent behavior/selection sensitivity.

After testing, it looks like this issue is resolved in OpenRoads Designer 2022R2 (10.12). If you still encountering this in 2022R2 or newer, please submit a Service Request.
I'm using 2021 Release 2 Update 10 Version 10.10.21.04. I am not able to use a newer release due to client restrictions.
What version of the software are you using?
I would also add that the "Set Feature Definition" Tool should be added to the Feature Definition Tool Bar rather than having to go digging around to find it. It coincides with "Match Feature Definition" which is already part of the tool bar.
The expanding issue was resolved for 2022 Release 1 i believe
