DU Analytic Symbology Improvement

When i call a Feature Definition in a text favorite or in my element symbology (Analytic Symbology), it allways comes with it's path. It's usually a long path and it just mess my view display with too much info. The ability to just show the name w...

External model checking process - by possibly running a report to identify where 3d conduit string lines have been placed - i.e soffit, centre, invert, crown or base, this will ensure all output data of conduits are consistent for construction.

This is useful to enable a) - checks to be carried out, b) - to identify possible conduits that require amending - to align with all others. This will enable consistent and accurate output data to be produced, that can be used to construct from.

Allow different levels for different conduit sizes in the same catalogue.

For Conduits, on our 2D plans, we show a different linestyle for each size of pipe. In InRoads, we would enable centerline display using these different linestyles. This linestyle is a wide dashed line with solid edge lines. We cannot replicate th...

Drainage Structure Analyzer

Please include a tool similar to the Drainage Structure Analyzer from Inroads Storm and Sanitary. This tool is very useful for quick sizing without having to set up a model, especially with culverts and channels.

Oklahoma Time of Concentration Formula

Currently ORD does not have an option to calculate Time of Concentration for the channel flow that the state of Oklahoma uses. This eliminates the option to use the programmed Tc calculator for channel flow. I need an option to put in my own formu...

ORD DU File Recovery Tools

ORD DU File recovery tools would be extremely handy when dealing with support issues. I've had to deal with a support ticket where the file is crashing upon opening several times now, and being able to run some tools outside of ORD would be extrem...

Drainage and Utilities to support non-drainage pressure pipes

Pressure pipes are essential components of many engineering systems, such as water supply, oil and gas transportation, and power generation. To design and manage these systems, engineers need features that can model the geometry and properties of ...

Land Use Areas from a Reference

It would be nice to extract Land Use Data from a reference file rather than requiring the Land Use Areas always be drawn in the main drainage design file. This would both cut down on clutter in the design file and also allow larger areas to be del...

Create a rule to set drainage node to (active terrain) when setting elevation reference

Presently when setting reference elevation for the node it lets you set it to the active terrain but does not rule it to the (active terrain). If this were done the inlet tops would automatically adjust as the design terrain changes.

DU: add drop calculation to node invert depending on lowest conduit wall thickness

Some times, most common with concrete conduits, the node invert needs to have a drop in reference to the lowest pipe to acomodate its wall. This would later be filled to match. For construction and BIM purpose, this difference is important. Special...
