Create a Reference Link to a Project Template LIbrary File

Users would like the ability to maintain a link to the project template library, so that each time they don't have to browse and locate the .itl file. Because users store the file at different locations in ProjectWise, maintaining a link from the dgn to the itl would save users time to locate the appropriate file.

You can set the default itl path in the configuration variables. That way you can set it on a per project basis. It's also recommended to have one main itl for this reason. If colleagues need to work in multiple itls at once, you can always copy templates between them.

Correct, by that default only points to the standard library location. After we create a template library for our specific project and open it with a dgn, users would like the ability to create a link to the custom location, just like a reference link or sheet model link.
