Clearance Report

Rail industry needs to measure clearance of many elements relative to the track: linear and point. Not all can be done using 3D clash. Some exact value are sometime required by the standards. Typically measurement of a platform edge from the CL but along track plane. Rail Track was providing track plane report using clearance report.
Such report must include all geometry information including speed and cant
No report is providing all the information in a single report. Cant is missing from the horizontal point reports. We must be able to report H+V offset as well offset perpendicular to track plane.

Along with the report, it would be great if we could have an option to show the same in cross-section with dimensions.

I would be hesitant with a simple approach to this. Platforms with curvature and superelevation (cant) require more calculation than simply a horizontal offset perpendicular to the plane of the track. Elevation of a platform needs to be taken into consideration as well as the way the track is super elevated (canted)
