Terrain label integrated with element template should able to rotate

The Element Template of the terrain are integrated with the Major /Minor Contour labelling and control by Text style for modification ,

This labelling is only in the orientation of the up Slope , and can not be rotate to down slope or control as per the slope of the terrain , User wants ability to change the orientation of the terrain label as per the slope

    I'm not sure this comment is 100% correct. The dynamic contour values, on ORD terrains, display the values to read up-screen, regardless of slope. This is forcing users to produce drawings that are non-compliant with standards. ISO standards require that contour values should read up-hill.
